Yes. Our service is completely free for families - there is never any cost to you.
Do we have to choose a home you suggest?
No. We suggest homes that fit, and you are free to choose any home, including ones we did not suggest.
How fast can you help after a hospital discharge?
We start right away. If a hospital or rehab stay is ending and you need a safe next step quickly, call us.
Do you tour with us?
Yes. We go on tours with you and use a written checklist at every home. When a family is far from our home area, we coordinate tours by phone and video, and in person wherever we can.
Which areas do you cover?
We place families anywhere in Michigan. We're based in Southeast Michigan — Wayne, Washtenaw, Oakland, Macomb, Monroe and Livingston counties — and we help families across the whole state.
Do you own a care home?
Yes. Our family owns House of Hope for the Elderly in Belleville, Michigan. We always show you other homes that fit, and the choice is yours.
